FX pass.  I used a pre-existing shader and figured out how to apply to both hair and wings.

Concepted and character production - I made the high poly, in-game low poly, and generated/textured all the maps and balanced in game materials, etc. The idea was mixing David Bowie with the Goblin King and Adventure of Buckaroo Banzai 80's costumes.
